Abacus – Australian Mutuals (facilitator of the Credit Union and Building Society Group campaign) is committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with the National Privacy Policy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act (1988) and its subsequent amendments. This privacy policy explains our practices in relation to the use and storage of your personal information.
Collection & Use of Personal Information
We may record the names and contact details of those people that request further information from us via the Sign Up section on the comesbacktoyou.com.au website. We will only collect information that is required by us to deliver information to users of the comesbacktoyou website. We will endeavour to keep and maintain the data held by our organisation as accurate and up to date as possible. You can assist us in our efforts to strive for accuracy by letting us know as soon as possible if your contact details should be changed. We will not retain the information provided by users of the "How much can I save" calculator, including any personal details that enable a user to be identified.
All other information collected will be used in a fair and lawful manner.
Storage and Security of Personal Information
Abacus – Australian Mutuals maintains strict standards and security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and to ensure the correct use of this information. The information the users of the comesbacktoyou website share through the Sign Up section will be stored in a central database that is password protected with access available only to authorised persons.
